These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kaabaa marketplace platform, mobile applications, and services. By placing orders or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1Account Registration & Eligibility
To place orders on Kaabaa, you must provide accurate, current, and complete mobile number and delivery details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of OTPs and access to your device.
2Marketplace Model & Seller Transactions
Kaabaa is an online platform facilitating transactions between independent third-party sellers/suppliers and retail buyers. While we curate verified sellers and enforce quality standards, the legal contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller.
3Pricing, Orders & Payments
- All prices listed on the storefront are inclusive of applicable GST taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We accept digital payments (UPI, Cards, Netbanking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.
- Sellers reserve the right to cancel orders in rare cases of stock discrepancies or unserviceable pincodes with prompt full refunds.
4Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Buyers may cancel unshipped orders directly from the Orders Page. Returns for delivered items are governed by the return policy applicable to the product category (typically 7 days for eligible items).
5Prohibited Activities
Users must not engage in fraudulent behavior, abuse return/refund systems, attempt unauthorized scraping, or submit defamatory or infringing reviews.
